Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and carrier speed, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. We’re fast, in fact we're amazin' but we’re not Amazon.
If your order takes more than 12 business days, reach out and we'll work together to get things solved.

If you've selected standard shipping your card will be mailed without tracking. If you opted for tracked shipping you'll be able to track it using the associated mail service, usually USPS!
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. Click the link, and you’ll know exactly where your petty purchase is at all times.

Each order is packaged in either a black envelope, black rigid mailer, or black box. Why Black? So that you know it's Petty Paper the moment you reach for your mail!

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment, just reach out with your order number through the contact form.
We currently do not accept item returns on delivered items, that said if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, email us at hello@pettypaper.com and we’ll make it right.

You can also check your tracking number, it’s usually the culprit. Sometimes carriers mark things “delivered” a bit early or leave them in creative places (like under your planter). If it’s been more than a few days with no sign of it, check in with us through out contact form and we’ll help sort it out.

Reach out on our contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of receiving it, we’ll replace it for you.
