Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

All orders ship from the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if it not mailed through lettermail, dependent on your mailing selection. Petty Paper is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Petty Paper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to reroute or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
